Biography

I. Sagbas joined Afyon Kocatepe University as research assistant in 1993.   He was seconded to the UK for postgraduate study. His PhD focused on fiscal equalization and the revenue sharing system in Turkey.  He became Full Professor in 2011. He wrote several articles and books both in Turkish and English. He specializes on urban public finance, tax theory and policy.
